This report counts every purchase order whose request reason is “Short - Items Stolen/Damaged/Not Enough Ordered” with a PO created date in 2025. That bucket also captures damaged and short-ordered material, so figures are an upper bound on true theft. Construction-manager (CM/Super) attribution uses each job’s current Cascade CM Name; because CMs rotate between areas over time, the CM tallies reflect today’s assignments — the subdivision and area rankings are the most reliable view.
