This counts every purchase order whose request reason is “Short - Items Stolen/Damaged/Not Enough Ordered” with a 2025 PO created date — so it also captures damaged and short-ordered material and should be read as an upper bound. Estimating/plan-error reorders are excluded. “Reorders” are orders branched off an original PO; “Total Cost” is the full value of all theft/loss orders (every trade), while the reorder columns isolate just the reorder spend. CM attribution uses each job’s current Cascade CM (CMs rotate by area, so areas are the steadier view).
