How these numbers are built
Job credit. A job counts once for its Construction Manager of Record. When the CM changed after the 4-Way, the job is split — 0.5 to each CM, with revenue split the same way. “Full” and “Half” show how many of each a CM holds.
Jobs completed are anchored on Cascade Final Date/Time falling inside the period.
Late inspection = the first entry in the CM Inspection Log was recorded more than 2 days after the task’s completion. Where a task has several log entries, only the earliest counts.
Office inspections were keyed in by Cascade IT rather than a CM. They are counted in the total but excluded from the Late % denominator — a CM shouldn’t be graded on a record the office entered. The column is shown so a high count stays visible.
QC on time = QC walk completed within 1 day of major-tasks completion. Day 2 counts as 1 day late, and so on.
Return fixes are raised when a crew got something wrong during the normal task and the inspection did not catch it. They are counted per job and normalised per credited job. The $ column sums Task Pay Amount.
Volume floor. A CM appears in the main table only with at least 10 credited jobs and 100 inspections in the period. Everyone below the floor is listed under the table with raw counts.
Two things to know when reading this.
1. A return fix means a crew got something wrong during the normal task and the inspection did not catch it. It reads as a measure of inspection quality more than of crew workmanship — so it belongs next to the late-inspection rate, not on its own. Its pay column is $0 on most records, so the dollar figure understates what rework actually costs.
2. 21 return fixes have no completion date; they are still open and are counted as of today.
