Short term is driven by scheduled work in TrackVia; long range by builder planning forecasts. In process $ = TrackVia projected revenue for active jobs, by Client End Date month. Upcoming est. $ = estimated value of not-yet-started TrackVia jobs. †Builder plan top-up = where a builder's planning forecast (DR Horton as of April 17, 2026, Lennar as of July 8, 2026, Destination Homes as of March 31, 2025 — stale, refresh requested) exceeds scheduled TrackVia work for that division-month, the difference is added so the forecast reflects the higher figure. Division columns include the top-up. Rows marked past due are active jobs whose scheduled end date has passed — kept in their scheduled month so slippage stays visible. Timing basis (Client End Date) to be reviewed monthly.

Booked by Client End Date where available, Cascade Final Date otherwise (80% of trailing-12-month jobs have a Client End Date).

Past = jobs completed in the trailing 12 months (by Client End Date, Cascade Final Date fallback). In process = active jobs (statuses 02–11). Upcoming = TrackVia jobs pending or needing a confirmed start. *Est. upcoming value = upcoming job count × that builder's average job revenue over the trailing 12 months (division or company average where fewer than 3 completed jobs). †Plan units / Plan top-up = the builder's planning forecast (DR Horton, Lennar) beyond what's scheduled in TrackVia — plan units are homes, not TrackVia jobs, so they don't move the job counts. Total forecast $ = WIP projected + upcoming est. + plan top-up. % of revenue = the builder's share of the division's trailing-12-month revenue (consolidated table: share of company revenue) — the builder's weight in the business.

Where the top-up in the forecast above comes from. Plan units = builder planning forecasts (DR Horton as of April 17, 2026, Lennar as of July 8, 2026, Destination Homes as of March 31, 2025 — stale, refresh requested; DR Horton from its Unit Objectives workbook, Lennar from its SOPs and dig schedule, both refreshed manually and filtered to communities we service), shifted one month to expected completion and valued at that builder-division's trailing-12-month revenue per home equivalent. TrackVia scheduled = that builder's work already in the system for that month. Driver shows which source sets the forecast; the top-up is the amount added on top of scheduled work. Note the basis: this table is by completion month, so its unit total includes current-month starts (e.g. June starts completing in July) and will read higher than the start-month table above. Won bids and other builders' plans will layer in the same way as those inputs come online.

Actual TrackVia job starts by client start month, trailing 12 months, all statuses — the reality check for the forecast starts below. Job counts, so compare against the Jobs and Fcst columns (a townhome building is one job).

Per division: Jobs = not-yet-started TrackVia jobs by client start month. Units = builder plan starts (DR Horton as of April 17, 2026, Lennar as of July 8, 2026, Destination Homes as of March 31, 2025 — stale, refresh requested). Fcst = the forecast count — TrackVia jobs, with each plan builder's contribution lifted to its plan units where those are higher, the same rule the $ forecast uses. Jobs and units aren't directly summable (a townhome building is one job but several units), so Fcst is the planning number.

Won = bid status 12–16 (moved to pre-production/production, in production, final billing, needs collection). Bid amounts/projected revenue are blank in TrackVia for some won bids, so sums understate the true total.
